Why We Built This Site
Indiana gives the public access to many court records, but Jackson County records are not all held in one place. MyCase handles many public case searches. The Sheriff's Office handles jail and warrant channels, while state systems handle driver records, sentenced prison custody, and some statewide notification tools. We pull together the practical contact details, search portals, fee notes, and request steps for these offices.

Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
