Title 31 is relevant because juvenile records and some family-related material are not handled like ordinary public civil docket entries.
How to Read a Jackson County Docket
Read the court and case type before interpreting the entry. Federal and Bankruptcy Dockets Are Separate
Jackson County trial-court dockets are not the same as federal court dockets. Federal district-court and bankruptcy records use federal systems, including PACER and CM/ECF.
